Duration: Each individual session described below takes approximately one hour, with the exception of wardrobe analysis and personal shopping which can take from three to five hours.

Colour
This is an individualis ed consultation where participants discover the colours that bring out their most attractive features.
Sonia uses drapes and swatches to determine which colours enhance one’s natural features. Together you will examine hue, intensity and contrast levels. Participants will leave with a complete palette of colours suitable for all occasions including professional wear, formal wear, party and casual wear .
It is a one-time consultation that gives you life-long tools to enhance your beauty.
Bodyline & s tyle
In a single consultation you will have a chance to discover and learn to enhance your unique body signature. This consultation includes:
- Body p roportion analysis – Sonia will measure your body proportion in relation to the length of your face, and show you the length of skirts, trousers and tops that suit you best. You will also learn dressing solutions that flatter your length-proportions.
- Body shape analysis – You will discover your body shape and look at the clothing that will suit you most using principles of line, shape, colour, style and drape of fabric.
- Body type analysis – Sonia will assess the overall appearance of your body, your visual weight and the most apparent lines in your body to determine which fabrics will drape best on your body.
- Face shape analysis – You will discover the accessories and prints that bring out the best of your facial features and face shape.
- Dressing for figure challenges – You will gain techniques to camouflage features of your body that you are uncomfortable with while enhancing your best features.
- Personality d ressing – Y ou will identify your unique dressing style based on your personality, occupation, values and goals. You will learn how to choose the character of clothing that complements who you are.
Wardrobe a nalysis & m anagement
This is a direct application of all the skills that you have learned about your individual style. It allows you to save time and money, and provides you with an awareness of how to project your ideal image every day. Sonia will transform and reorgani se your existing wardrobe to hold only the garments that bring out the best in you, and show you how to put together outfits from your current selection. The consultation includes:
